Tracy Mass is the Operations Manager at Focused Ultrasound Resources (FUR), where she combines over 15 years of experience in general management with a lifelong love for animals. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Management from Fort Lewis College, Tracy plays a key role in supporting the company’s team of expert veterinary sonographers and ensuring seamless operations across the practice. Her background in team leadership, client relations, and business systems allows her to foster efficiency while maintaining a compassionate, client-focused environment.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her family and two beloved rescue cats, Trout and Jedi.
